Refund policy

We want you to love your BlueJay Creations PNW purchase. Most of our physical products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, and our digital products are delivered electronically. Please review the details below before requesting a return.

30-day returns on standard physical items
Unworn, unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Personalized and made-to-order items
Products personalized with your photos or text (such as our Personalized Football Photo line) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shippable. Because of their nature, digital downloads are not eligible for returns or refunds once delivered, unless the file is defective and cannot be used.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Starting a return
Contact us through the store's contact page with your order number. Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
