Shipping policy

At BlueJay Creations PNW, we offer two kinds of products: print-on-demand physical goods that are made when you order, and digital downloads that are delivered electronically.

Physical products (print-on-demand)
Physical items are produced by our print-on-demand partners after you place your order. Orders are typically printed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Standard delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location; you will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the service you select.

Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically through a download link and email — they are not shippable and incur no shipping charges. Digital files are usually available immediately after checkout.

Combined orders
If your order contains both physical and digital items, the digital items will be available for download immediately while the physical items ship separately.
